I build backend-heavy systems that are shaped like products rather than exercises: a Java/Spring modular monolith with audit trails and scoped API tokens, a scheduled financial analysis service whose own validation harness says its edge is unproven, and a legal RAG system a practising lawyer uses daily. I care about the parts that decide whether software survives contact with real use — data integrity, permissions, tests, and measurement I am willing to be wrong in front of.

I am looking for an internship where I can own real implementation surfaces: backend services and APIs in Java, C#/.NET or Python, React and TypeScript frontends on top of them, and the database, testing and operational work in between. I am most useful on systems where correctness, permissions and auditability matter more than visual polish.
